Sunday we had my sister tiff and her husband Micah and my cousin jen and her fiance Paul over for Sunday dinner. I am always looking for something quick, easy, and yummy to make. I ended up serving a changed up version of my aunt amy's bbq chicken salad. It received rave reviews so I included the recipe below (scroll to bottom). Anytime I find something quick and yummy to make I'm going to post it. If you're anything like me your life is crazy and it is hard to find things that the hubby and kids enjoy that you can manage to make before they start snacking.
