Talk about a long hiatus. Life at our house is craziness these days. Sooo a quick update. We closed Little Cheeks. I was working remotely from Little Cheeks. This was a good set-up knowing it would take a little while to build a customer base. Unfortunately the person I was working for faced big Health issues and had to stop working. Therefore I had to stop working as well.
This was truly a blessing in disguise. I was offered a promotion within the same company but it required me to be in the office. We wanted to keep the store open but it would've been impossible. Josh watches the kids during the day, so there was no way he could do the store and them at the same time.
I looovvee my new job. It is really intense at times, but I feel so grateful to be in a position that allows me to provide for our family while Josh goes to school.
Josh is continuing going to school. He is working on his bachelors in Nursing and getting some other certifications along the way. He will be certified as a Radiology Tech, Phlebotomist, EKG tech, and some others by March. He will also receive one of his degrees. From there we still have a ways to go. He would like to go on after he gets his RN to be a nurse anesthetist, nurse practitioner, or Pediatrician. So we have a way to go. We'll see what happens once he has his RN.
Currently it has been a nice set-up. I work 8-5, he watches the kids, I come home, he goes to school from 6-9, and then studies until 4 am. It is quite the crazy schedule. Thank goodness are kids aren't in school yet and can sleep in.
The kids are doing great! Oh my goodness I cannot get enough of them. Lleyton is adorable. If I ask him for a kiss he kisses my hand. He loves playing school and riding on his four wheeler. He always says the cutest sweetest things. He is obsessed with the Wii and the Toy Story game we got him. He is really good at it too. When he asks me for help, I can't do anything, he is much better than I am.
Rhyder is a crazy little boy. Always jumping, attacking, throwing, biting. He loves to snuggle and is not a good sleeper. He has the cutest little voice and is saying lots of words. His favorites are, pease (Please), Dant tu (Thank You), welcome, yay yen (Lleyton), babas (we need to get rid of that thing), stinky, gross. He keeps us on our toes, and is also the reason for locks on the outside of every door in our house. Currently he is coloring all over my mirror and his shirt. It's a white board marker, so, oh well.
Here's a bit of what we've been up to:
Josh and his Mom took the boys to Thomas, they loved it.
Bustin' a move. He sure didn't get that from me:)
He is a little monkey:)
Feeding the ducks. I guess Rhyder started chasing one of the geese that was trying to attack him. I don't think that Goose was prepared for Rhyder. It ran pretty quick once it saw Rhyder come right back at it:) That boy has no fear.

Lleyton has been going to the Home Depot once or twice a month. They have activities for kids for free. They get cute little aprons and get to build things. His Grandma Becky takes him and he has a lot of fun. Lleyton has always been extremely smart. He can count to 20, knows his abc's (most the time), and has not been to preschool yet. He is left handed and still builds, and color's well. He is also picking up golf. Josh and Lleyton go all the time to the driving range.
My mom did a really cute egg hunt, and they got to turn the eggs in for prizes they loved it. Thanks Mom and Dad.
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter, sorry for the long drawn out post. Hopefully I can keep more on top of it. I hate the fact that the kids grow so fast and I feel I can't keep up! At least if I record it I can always look back.

Wow! I thought you were done with blogging, like most people! :) Glad you are back. :) I love the pick of Ryder and Lleyton (hope I spelled right) on the red train! So cute!
Well it's good to know some people still look at the blog:) I was trying to convince myself that I needed to do it at least for journal keeping. We need to get the boys together some time.
